Gave them the code 4T8 for my Toyota Sienna, I don’t expect to be match 100% but at least not totally different like this , call them and the lady said not their responsibility and told me I have to pay for another spray can for them to make a better match on that paint.

This review is not about the quality of the paint or store, I have not been there, but to the employee who was driving north towards Springfield, MA in a company van. I was on my motorcycle and they passed me illegally on double solid yellow lines. When I caught up with them at the red light they had the nerve to tell me I should be on the side of the road instead of in the middle of the lane. Maybe if they weren't speeding around they could wait the three seconds it would have taken me to get up to speed after being stopped at a stop sign. Hate to leave a bad review like this but companies need to be aware of who they let drive around in their vehicles and what they think is okay to do. It's never okay to pass someone like they let alone someone on a bike because you are too impatient.

Sales men come offer business and when you get to the store and try to buy paint no one really tries selling anything. Industrial red essential no suggestion, no help. Catalogs don’t exist. To bad my body shop and dealership, two locations will have to shop at West Springfield auto parts where people more helpful.

Friendly staff that always remembers your name and maintains stock of your often used supplies. Convenient location in Springfield. Staff has always worked hard to accommodate my needs in a timely fashion. I have been going here for years and always enjoy my trips there. Also they offer delivery which is great when I can’t make it there.
