Baraboo Auto Sales Inc

I cannot say enough good things about Baraboo Auto Sales. From the moment I pulled into the lot, the entire experience felt refreshingly different from the typical car-buying process. There was no pressure, no salesy vibe. Just professionalism, warmth, and a genuine desire to help. I worked with James while purchasing a 2016 Audi Q3, and he was truly outstanding. His knowledge went far beyond just the basics. He walked me through the vehicle’s features, history, performance, and maintenance considerations with confidence and clarity. Every question I asked was answered thoughtfully, and even questions I didn’t know to ask were anticipated and explained. It was clear he cared about matching me with the right vehicle, not just making a sale. What really stood out was how James went above a

Great experience working with friendly staff. Helped when I was having issues with my old car, staff was knowledgeable and answered all my questions straight forward and with none of the salesman sly talk. Upfront and honest about any small things that may come up, it is a used car after all, but appreciate the willingness to be transparent. Will definitely be going back again in the future.

I was very interested in the truck but I asked for a 30 day warranty on the truck because the broken component made me feel unconfident in the short term reliability considering the dealership had only had it for 6 weeks. They refused the warranty and said "its a risk that comes with buying a used truck" and only guaranteed the part that had just broke... obviously that wasnt going to break in 30 days. Fixing the part on the truck was postponed twice and I told James that I could reschedule to go see the truck later that week. He said no problem and that he'd plan on it. He then sold the truck the next day. This was over the course of multiple we

I came in looking for a car in September, after trial and error with other dealerships and lending companies because of my lack of credit history and lower down payment, but James was willing to work with me and made sure I got to leave with a car. He helped make my experience as easy as possible, and I eventually left with a good car and a good lending company!
