Barber Honda Express Service

Went in for my first oil change on my commuter/hybrid and I was there for 3 hours. I have never had such a bad experience for just a simple oil change. It was my day off so I expected to wait for a reasonable time. Maybe even a little more. So I even stopped for breakfast on my way. Was told they no longer accept appointments for oil changes when I called. When I pulled in, there were 3 lanes. There were 3 cars in front of me including the car being serviced in the bay. I was in the shortest lane. After waiting about 30 minutes in my car. Someone finally approached my window and said they would get me checked in shortly. About 10 minutes later, a girl with long dark hair comes out and places a blockade sign that states this lane is closed. DIRECTLY IN FRONT OF ME. Then proceeds

Drove into this Honda dealership for a bad battery—simple fix, right? Shop was nearly empty, barely any customers, 2 mechanics working 1 standing around, and they tell me I'm 'next in line,' it'll be about 40 minutes. Cool, I'll wait. Over AN HOUR AND A HALF later, my car's still sitting there with the hood popped like a forgotten science project. They claimed they were 'checking warranty'—which is just punching a VIN into their fancy computer system that pulls up everything instantly. Takes 1 min, tops. But nah, instead of knocking out my quick job, they bumped me for cars that showed up WAY after me and started working on those. No updates, no communication—just me sitting in the waiting. When I finally asked what the holdup was, I got excuses and attitude, like my time means nothing.

Thanks for the excellent customer service by Alexis, who checked me in, kept me notified of what needed to be done and showed me consideration and kindness. Barber Honda has always given trustworthy service to us, and even if you pay a little more here it’s well worth the price.

They were fast and friendly and had me out and back in my car within the hour, and I had a vehicle in front of me. The employees were friendly and very professional. I got my oil changed pretty fast, and I stayed right there at one of the tables they had right outside the front door. Everything went well, and I was extremely happy with my service. What more can I say? Great job, guys. I truly appreciate your work. It was a great experience as usual. 5 stars 🌟 out of 5 stars 🌟 for me... 👍🏽

Went there for just a battery check on my 2017 Honda that I had to jump twice before driving it to Honda at 8 45a and wasn't seen until 2 15pm at which time I requested an oil change that I really didn't need to get it moving. They had moved my car up to the first row to the front at 11 am. I saw 2 workers look at it right before 12pm. I stood there the whole time my car was there. At approx 2 30p-2 45p It was done and I was told my battery was good, but to make an appt with the service center for a diagnostic test of the alternator & starter. Ugh. I have to work! It's bad enough I lost one day of work waiting on a battery check!!! My car didn't start again the next day. Took it to an auto part store & it was my battery! Just as we thought, but we trusted Honda. Don't get me wrong I love H
