So glad we used them. Our vehicle needed to be scrapped at it needed picked up ultimately. I found Barberton junk cars online and filled out their quote on their site (super easy) They gave us an EXCELLENT and FAIR price. Even on top of that THEY picked it up! Other places said it would be the pay out only if we brought it there. They worked with us to accommodate our situation and paid cash on the spot. WE WILL use them again in this fashion. We had a great experience! They came the same day that we phoned them. Joe then called back right away to confirm and then again that they were on the way. My Husband and I felt they were very professional. They gave us cash on the spot as quoted. We would definitely recommend them !

I would give ZERO stars for POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, but had to award 1 star just to be able to post this review. Received a text with a quote for $140 right away and was told to call a number to schedule a pickup. Called, left a message and heard nothing all day. Early the next morning, I received a text telling me to call a number to schedule a pickup. Called, left a message, and again heard nothing. On the third day I received an early phone call that I missed. Anthony left me a message saying to call the same number I had been calling to schedule a pickup. I called, left a message and sent a follow-up text. I heard nothing. I don't have time for this kind of frustration! Looked up another company … CashAutoSalvage.com. Completed an online quote and was offered $265 …. $125 MOR

I called and arranged for my junk car to be picked up and they never showed. They said that they would call to confirm the day before and I never heard from them, so I called the morning that the pickup was scheduled and there was no answer nor call back. Very unprofessional!!
