Purchased a 2022 Ram Rebel from here and Jeramy Olsen, Milissa Nord was a pleasure to work with. I'm located over 1200 miles away and they made sure that the communication was fluid and kept me informed as to what was going on their side and what they needed from me. Their responses to my emails, text and calls were almost immediate which showed they wanted to get the deal done and wanted to keep the experience professional and pleasant. The team and individuals were awesome. Honestly. Personable. Went above and beyond. I generally work with Angie in the body shop. She always phenomenal. This time I had the joy of working with Dan the parts guy :) 2nd time. Always fun and amazing. Dan (1st time and shares an office with Steve) was fantastic too. Steve has always been a great person to work with and has been my go to when a series of unfortunate events happened last year AND working together and communicating made everything turn out well. Last and not least I worked with Andy for the first time in the body shop. He was amazing. He made things work though I told him I didn't presume that was possible. He made my trip one trip! We worked with Jeramy & Trevor over at Barnett to find a reliable truck for our family. When we arrived, we were greeted by Emmanuel B., who really put in all of the hard work to get us going. He was prompt, kind, thoughtful, and he seemed to genuinely care about my family's experience (which was a WONDERFUL experience, I might add). Excellent service! Fantastic experience! I have been looking for a used truck for about 3 months. I bet I went to over 15 dealerships and I was actually surprised at how poor the service was at some. I called Barnett and made an appointment to see a truck they just got in. I live over an hour away and wanted to make sure it was there. When I got there they had the truck washed and pulled up front and ready for me. As soon as I walked in the door they introduced me to Emmanuel, who if you’re looking for a vehicle I would highly recommend him!
