Professional, friendly, and courteous service. The place was overall clean and the waiting area had low and high chair options. I went on a busy day with a few cars ahead of me. They were clear with me about the wait time and the time went by fast somehow. Every car ahead of me seemed to be addressed thoroughly and every concern addressed properly even though a different employee appeared each time. They have an incredible team and an efficient system. Definitely worth visiting.

Came in one morning, no appointment or call ahead, because I started my car and the engine was violently shaking. Didn’t have a choice to go anywhere since they were the closest ones, and boy am I glad I drove here. Had a great time. Super respectful, OVERLY communicative (in the absolute best way, I never felt in the dark about anything), and very attentive. Will be going back to them for anything from questions to oil changes to engine troubles, because they were very trustworthy and upfront about anything from the cost to the services they recommend to future plans for the vehicle. Not a ton of rental cars and they are typically on a waitlist as well, so if you need one, make sure to have some kind of backup plan if not available (just in case)!

Customer Service is outstanding. Anytime I brought in my car for concern or problem they checked it out and not charging for any fee unlike fly by night shop or in dealership before they take in your car theirs always diagnostic fee. I would recommend this shop. Cost of any service is reasonable enough. Their shop is huge and I not suprise why they have so many satified customers. Im amazed because they can imported luxiry cars, like porche, audi, mercedes bens etc.

I needed to get my headlight fixed/replaced....I'd never been to Bartel's before, but it was nearby. I called and they said to bring it in. I showed up, and within 5 minutes they not only fixed it, they didn't charge me a dime. There were other customers as well, so it's not like they had nothing else going on...they just knocked it out. The staff was very friendly and courteous. I actually enjoyed being there. They now have a new customer anytime I need any work done on my car. Thanks guys!

I have used Bartels a few different times in the past year and feel like it would be hard to take my car anywhere else at this point. I had pretty much given up on ever getting good customer service at any car repair center until trying Bartel's Auto clinic. They have restored my faith in getting my cars serviced. They're thorough, honest, and straight to the point. They do a great job, after inspecting your car, giving you a detailed explanation as well as video tutorial to show you where the issues are. I'm not sure who does the video tutorials here, but they are absolutely professional and just do a great job explaining what's going on. Their prices do not seem the cheapest but they are not the most expensive option either. Every single person that I have talked to at this service
