I had my rear bumper and lift gate repaired through insurance, and the work came out absolutely perfect. I worked with Andy and Carol, who were both professional, efficient, and friendly. I highly recommend Crash Champions.

My first interaction was very good . Very professional interaction with the staff at this location . The Adjuster of the Team , Mr Spoden was very kind enough to hear to my anxiousness on a couple areas of the quote. Even suggested me options and means to work around the issue . Hopefully my further experiences will prove me right on the opinion I have from MY foremost interaction.

Came to CC yesterday afternoon with my car as it had some damage from our garage door closing on it. Andy took a look at it, got a rag and a cleaner and buffed the paint off my car. He didn’t charge me anything and was very honest about the remaining damage as being very minimal and not needing further work. He could’ve said that it needed to be kept and worked on and I wouldn’t have known any better. I appreciate his honesty and his help with my car!

I was rear ended on July 21st, 2025 on my way to work. It was a minor accident and my car was drive able, but the whole bumper still needed to be replaced. I had a very positive experience at this location last month. Kim was very pleasant to work with. She kept me updated regularly with texts and phone calls. My car was ready in a much shorter time than they estimated and it was very clean inside and out when it was returned.
