Mark is a real car guy and knows his trade. I appreciate his explanation of problems and recommendations. And where else can you bring your own oil / filter, and they will use it in their oil change? Nolte's Auto Repair had great reviews as i was searching for an auto repair place near my job. I decided to give them a call and ask for a quote and spoke with Mark who was extremely kind and professional. He quoted me on a new brake job which seemed pretty reasonable so I made an appointment with them for the following day which was today Feb. 10, 2026 as I'm writing this review. Anyhow so while I knew they would have my car up in the air I asked them to inspect my rear passenger side suspension as I knew i had another issue going on with my car back there. I went about my day at work and Mark called me to inform me of the issue going on with my rear suspension. Turns out my rear shock mount was broken so I needed a new shock assembly. Mark answered the phone each time I called, helping me with everything from setting up the appointment to explaining the work being done. I knew some of the repairs for my 2017 Subaru would be costly, and Mark was very helpful in decision-making and prioritizing aspects of the work.
