Needed brakes done without much warning and Justin was able to get me in quickly, get them fixed, and all for a very reasonable price. As someone who has worked on my own cars plenty before and also used other mechanics in the area, I will say that this shop is the best in West Bend if you need maintenance or repairs done. This shop is efficient and professional, checking and double checking that things are done correctly so you don't have issues after you leave. They will be honest about what is needed and not try to get you to add on unnecessary things just for a sale. Thanks again for getting this done!

Outstanding service at a very fair price. Parking can be a problem. But that's absolutely no reason not to use Justin as your mechanic. He has two large bear like animals that he calls dogs. Careful. They may lick you to death

Craig has been amazing to work with! I called him with a concern about my car that we would be driving out west for vacation. The short time frame I had before we left was a worry of mine, but he got me in right away! Turns out it was something super simple, and my car was good to go! I really appreciate the customer service Craig offers. Always get a reply very quickly from him, honest feedback about my car, and totally fair prices! I will not take my car anywhere else from now on and I will be sure to recommend him to friends and family! The best around, hands down!

Did some okay work at first. Overall, I started noticing little things that weren't right. To start, uneven torqued lug nuts with no anti-seize and scratches that weren't there before drop off. A TPMS sensor was broken during a simple tire swap and no offer was made to fix their mess up, instead, an up-sell on how they could make the repair after I buy the part. Also, had my car lowered and they kept my original parts which were by no means in bad condition. When I asked about where my struts/springs were I was met with yet another upsell on how they could raise my car and fix the problem! The only problem is keeping a customer's parts without notice. I would not recommend to anybody looking for an honest mechanic.

I was hesitant to write this review because I was able to get an appointment for my car the same week I called and so many other places have such a long wait time, but this place is great. I dont want that to change, but this place deserves the business! The owner is honest, friendly, and does superior work. I can't recommend him enough!
