Top of the line service! Very attentive, pleasant and knowledgeable staff with state of the art facilities and communication systems. The service included a video of the service staff checking out the vehicle delivered to my device while I enjoyed their pleasant waiting room. I have had service done for the last two years here. This time… my husband and I both got a text saying the next thing would be a video of the inspection, which neither of us received. They took care of the problem and notified my husband what was wrong and what they did to fix it, which was great. We stopped to pick my vehicle up at 5:45 right before they closed and everyone was very friendly. However, when I got in my car there were two warnings- 1. Tire pressure was low and 2. I needed an update. I thought when test driving my car, they would have seen these and taken care of them before I got there. I went back inside and asked for someone to come check. I took my new car I just purchased in to get the Clearshield protection products I just purchased thru them applied. I was very grateful they offered this service because I know how important it is, and not too many dealerships do this type of service to my knowledge. At least the paint protection film part. The dealership itself is only a few years old… but the service department side of it is extremely well maintained, and organized. The staff are all very knowledgeable, super friendly, professional, hard working, and easy to talk to. My wife took our new 2026 Honda CRV in for a oil change and a tire rotation they had my contact information so I got the video and they told me that my cabin air filter had bird seed sunflower seeds and debris and I should replace it and I would have to come back and have it cleaned out I'm like really you can't take care of this right away I called the service department while my wife's car was still there and asked him why won't you take care of this right away it was a complete runaround we're trying to get a straight answer..they send my wife home and told her everything was fine with the vehicle.. I removed the cabin air filter and this is what I found see the photos unbelievable..
