Stellar Motors

We have used Stellar Motors for many automobile needs. Oil changes, tire rotations, turkey to the front side of the car. We've been there done that. Which any mechanic shop can handle. What I'd like to talk to everyone about, is the in person experience. These guys are able to talk with you and explain things that normal shops would never do. Explain why something should be done, the pricing behind it, the reasons why you can wait on certain items, if it's really something you need to worry about, to go to a DIFFERENT SHOP FOR A CHEAPER OPTION! Warranty look ups. It's incredible. Quite literally bending over backwards to make sure we leave with a smile on our face. I don't feel like I have to be there when something is wrong. I brought my Hyundai into Stellar Motors because the engine light came on and drivability was affected, so I didn’t want to cause more damage potentially. It was early morning, but Lucas was extremely helpful, did not overpromise and under deliver on the timeframe they might be able to look at it, but he called back same day to advise what they found (computer code that they got back from diagnostic check). They even called the Hyundai dealer to inquire about the code and learned the issue may be covered because of a warranty extension. They did not pressure to have anything further done and I can appreciate this! This place is extremely transparent, helpful, and provided quick repairs. I brought my car here because I noticed I had picked up a nail in my tire. The owner Lucas, took a quick look and said the tire could be plugged and repaired. I was not pushed to buy new tires and now have a place that I can truly trust. Stellar has been our go to shop for awhile now! Super awesome people, great work, good prices! 💯 recommend! They have done a transmission on our Hummer H2, and new tires on a few of our vehicles. I always recommend them when people ask! Quick turnaround and great work.
