Basil Ford Service Center

I am so satisfied with the work, Basil Ford collision center did for me. The customer service representatives, went above and beyond to make my experience a pleasant one. Its very rare to see every staff member willing to help you, and treat you so well. I was also impressed how fast the turn around was for the repairs. Again, I am so satisfied with the work I had done here. I have no problem returning for any other future repairs.

The service manager Alex was very understanding of my concerns regarding the vehicle. He provided immediate resolutions and actions to address my concerns. At no time did I feel like Basil Fords service was about anything other than helping me resolve an issue. They provided great loaner vehicles while I waited for my repair. The repair was major (engine replacement) and everything works as if new. Highly recommend this dealer and service department.

Bought my vehicle from a different Ford dealer however this is my preferred location for all my service needs. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, quick and good service, plus all the amenities they offer to keep the customer happy and to make their lives easier is top notch service that you cannot find anywhere else. I would travel country wide just to come to this location because of the amazing work they do!

My car had been giving me problems with a draw on the battery since summer 2023. Took car to dealer where it was purchased, spent $1000.00 in repairs only to keep having same issues. Decided I didn’t have confidence in previous service. Frank Panaro suggested I bring car into BASIL FORD for service. Jeremy Burgess kept me informed daily on diagnostic tests. After 3 days problems were solved. Turns out a relay and control modular needed to be replaced and reprogrammed. Much to my surprise it was fully covered under Ford Emissions Warranty. I will continue to take my car to Basil Ford for service. They were fantastic, reliable, professional, friendly, and competent. Highly recommend BASIL FORD.

Basil Ford is UNPROFESSIONAL & FRAUDULENT. I paid 750$ for new sequencing on my key fobs they charged me only returned 1 key for 2 fobs never contacted me when physical key was on site and never actually resequenced the fob. Resulting in my vehicle being stolen AGAIN! AND THEM FRAUDULENTLY CHARGING ME 750!!! GO TO ANY OTHER FORD DEALER!!!
