Basil Kwik Oil Change

I called to confirm they could perform an inspection on a 6500HD tow truck, and their employee told me yes. Less than an hour later, while dropping it off they said the truck was too large for their lifts. This was a complete waste of time and effort, and unfortunately not the first time I’ve experienced poor communication like this from a Basil company. Situations like this could easily be avoided with better staff training and understanding of vehicle capabilities. Because of this repeated lack of reliability, Basil will no longer have our business moving forward.

They charged me $37 for a tire rotation and never rotated the tires. I didn’t notice until I went to wash my car. My daughter scuffed the front passenger wheel on a curb and after the “rotation” the wheel/tire was still in the same spot. I hope they actually changed the oil. UPDATE: I returned the following day to get a refund and explanation for the lack of billed service. When I explained that I was charged for a tire rotation that wasn’t done, the response was simply, “we can rotate them now if you’d like.” I said that I wanted a refund for services not rendered instead. I was told only a manager could do that and he’d be in touch. It wasn’t until I was leaving that I received a quick “sorry about that.” The next morning the manager was much more apologetic and offered a refund and

Took all three cars for oil changes. Did a great job. Quick and professional at a good price. No pressure for extra services. Also do not have to drive your car over the pit. They do it for you.

Took my agency's f350 lift bus and they did a great job. The advisor was friendly. They were through with their checks.

Quick service on the oil change. Almost every time i have the oil changed here they get the passenger seat all dirty/greasy from opening up the glove box to check the cabin filter. I have had to have them clean it a few times. Today I didn't look and noticed when I got home. Just not enough care from the techs.
