Discount Tire

My first experience with a Discount Tire was at the Missoula location a couple days ago. All of the staff were incredibly kind, informative, and so helpful. I had the first appointment of the day and when I arrived, they had a sign in front of the bay with my name on it so I knew where to go and were all waiting for me, ready to help. They got my new tires on so quickly and made sure I was informed and aware every step of the process. I honestly don’t think I’ve ever experienced such great customer service before. I will definitely be going to them for all of my tire needs in the future!

What a great crew at the new Missoula Discount Tire. Aunya and her team got me in and out with some amazing new tires and I’m feeling prepared and confident for the upcoming winter driving. I highly recommend the BFG KO3’s. Crazy quiet, amazing ride, and if traction is better than my KO2’s I can’t wait test this new set out.

I had a very disappointing experience with this shop. After servicing my boyfriend's vehicle, all three tires that were mounted that same day were visibly cracked EVERY single wheel they touched had damage. These tires held air before we brought the car in FOR TWO MOTHS sat in the drive way and the cracking was noticed immediately after service. When we contacted the store to address this, instead of taking responsibility or helping resolve the issue, they claimed they were unaware of any damage and escalated it to a claims investigation, making it feel like we were being questioned rather than supported. They also stated their machines were "incapable" of causing this type of damage which after deeper investigation from another shop and they said otherwise considering all three tires ser

Great customer service! Had some problem wheels that didn't want to quit shaking. The team at discount tire in Missoula took the time to balance them using the proper tools. 2 wheels are slightly bent but they almost completely eliminated the vibration I was experiencing. I was in and out in under an hour.

Great service with this team. I ordered tires from the discount tire website. They were able to fit me in the same afternoon they arrived at the store. Unfortunately 2 of the 4 started wearing very oddly immediately due to manufacturer defects. When I showed the issues to them the next morning they place an order for a replacement set of another brand. They arrived overnight and they had them replaced that afternoon within 30 minutes of my arrival. Insanely fast and thorough and the entire team seemed very knowledgeable and experienced. and very happy to help get me squared away.
