Super awesome and very speedy service! I was in the store no more than seven minutes. Got my battery in my watch replaced for life! Your watch has to be valued under $80 but once you purchase a battery, the warranty is good for life! Thanks so much batteries plus!
Such speedy service—my battery installation required removal of the air filter first, but it still took only about 10 minutes. They brought me a chair and a bottle of water while I waited. I never expected to be in and out so quickly, and the price was great. Thanks!
Huge shoutout to Jasper at Batteries Plus! 🔑🚗 I went in to buy a key fob and get it programmed because my vehicle won’t allow self-programming 😅 Jasper was super friendly, incredibly helpful, and had everything done fast. Bonus - he also fixed my old fob that wasn’t working, so now I have two working fobs like I’m living the dream. ✨ Quick, easy, in-and-out service. Highly recommend! 🙌
Garvin and Jasper could not have been nicer or more helpful!!!! I so appreciate them and all their help with changing out a key fob battery to jump starting the car I drive there, and testing the battery and alternator. It was close to closing time but they stayed and helped. Best customer service I've had in a LONG time. Thank you Gavin and Jasper!
I needed to replace a car battery a few weeks ago; jumpstarted my car and drove to Batteries Plus where I've gone for such things for many years. I was greeted by Garvin who was helping another couple of customers ahead of me but made sure that each of us felt attended to even while waiting. He was remarkably upbeat and energetic and provided utmost service when my turn came - removed the battery, which required some extra steps with my vehicle, installed the new battery and treated the connections to help prevent corrosion at the terminals and cables, reassembled what was necessary under the hood, and was just so pleasant and professional throughout.
