I visited Batteries Plus on 12/9/25 to purchase batteries for my landline phone. Although my wait time at the check out was not long, the associate at the register gave me a discount simply because I waited. I did not ask for it, it was given out of genuine kindness and respect. As a first time customer, I found this gesture truly commendable. This experience has converted me into a loyal customer. It reflects the exceptional level of service Batteries Plus provides. Just went in and these guys have incredible customer service every time I have been in there no questions asked just incredible. Incredible customer service. Thank you guys, I just swapped out phone charger cable. I recommend your place whenever somebody needs accessories and stuff

Was able to get a replacement battery for my Dyson vacuum - Dyson was sold out and Batteries Plus is the only credible retailer for replacement lithium ion batteries that I could find. They had it in stock and surprised me by switching out the battery for me.

The price is competitive. The store associates are very helpful for technical and billing questions.
