The door unlock function of my OEM Key Fob suddenly stopped working. All the other functions worked fine. I asked the team at Battery + to fix it. It seemed like they stopped everything to get my problem fixed and fix it they did. Great folks to do business with. Can't recommend them highly enough.
Needed new wiper blades and remembered at my last store visit I had been asked about replacing wipers blades! Everyone is always so friendly and attentive: Evan stepped up and helped me right away with Max confirming to me what size was need. Excellent team work. I spotted lots of great stocking stuffers and teacher gifts for the upcoming holidays...I'll be back as this shop is so helpful with my battery, key and now Wiper Blade needs :)
12-17-25 I had a client at cascades verde near the woodruff rd location of your store in need of a specialty mogul base 300w light bulb. After inquiring at other local light bulb sources, I was referred to this store at this location. I physically brought the bulb to the store to make sure it was a bulb your company could identify and find a matching replacement. After careful inspection from staff and several minutes at the store, I was informed that they indeed had a replacement bulb to order, gave me a price (Which, of course I had to pay upfront) , and gave me an estimate estimated delivery date. 12-26-25 No issue with wait time- B+B was prompt with order and notification of said delivery. Bulb has been delivered 12-19-25. I am unable to pick it up at that date and inform them it will
Been to this store many times and always a good experience. My most recent visit was excellent and a shoutout to the service. The employee actually cared about what they were doing. They even followed up after I left to let me know about a test we were unable to run on my battery that he was able to do and let me know what he found with the old battery.
Outstanding customer service and extremely knowledgeable staff. I highly recommend this Batteries Plus. Jacob went above and beyond. Thank you!
