Michael came out and diagnosed the problem with my duel zone heat pump in less than 15 minutes. Turns out I had a couch blocking the return air upstairs causing it to freeze up. I moved the couch out 6 inches and replaced the furnace filters. Air is working great now. He didn’t even charge me, not even for a service call. He’s going to be my HVAC guy from now on!
