These guys are great. No issue too small for them. Recently received stellar advice and service from Adric. I cracked my iPhone screen and he was quick to help with a solution. Timely and precise. Highly recommend!

There’s few reviews I leave but I feel the need to review stores and businesses that really go the extra mile. Always super helpful and informative. A lot of times they won’t even charge you for small fixes. Just honest with integrity and everything you could need when it comes to batteries and bulbs! Every business should operate this way!

Once again, Batteries Plus employees went the extra mile to insure customer satisfaction. When I inquired by phone on the availability of a certain model of car battery, they initially said they had one in stock, but then realized they didn’t. The manager obtained one from another store within an hour, keeping me informed. I scheduled installation for the next day. Installation went so fast I hadn’t finished my coffee at the Starbucks next door.

While it seems customer service has declined in recent years i experienced the opposite at this location. I ordered a new chip key for my 2012 Subaru Outback. Cassidy, the technician, was able to program it in minutes and get me down the road. I'd been manually locking my car for a few months so while minor in the grand scheme it made a huge difference to my sense of security.

Cassidy was very helpful!!! Had issues with my battery so I came to this location. She was very honest and straight forward and got to test the battery and told me I didn’t need another battery, like the previous store was telling us! I recommend this location for ANY battery or phone needs!!!!
