Jake and his team consistently exceed expectations. His positive attitude and ability to bring up and mentor new associates is amazing. Jake is very customer service oriented, patient, respectful, honest and smooth and efficient. I always leave intending to leave a positive review and then life gets in the way. Not today. Jake and his team even provided us with some glass cleaner, as headlight glare got mentioned. Jake, Adrian and Brody killed it. We used to go to Grease Monkey, but have not been back since you guys opened and Jake got to work making you all look good. Thanks to the team @ 2920 Arapahoe Rd., Lafayette, CO 80026. Everyone was friendly and did a great job. I got my oil changed, radiator flush and air filter changed. It was reasonably priced and only took about 20-30 minutes. The assistant manager was helping the crew as well. Everyone worked as a team and did great balancing all three bays in use without issue. I will use them for my future oil changes. Thank you!

Easiest oil change I’ve ever had! Pulled right into the garage and didn’t even have to get out of the car. Angel and Adrian along with the other team members did a thorough check of everything and after reviewing what was recommended they ended up replacing my rear differential fluid & oil change within 15 minutes. Love the 10% off coupons they have online as well! Will be returning.

The experience was great overall. The service and employees were friendly and helpful. There was no wait and the oil change was completed within 10 minutes. I also appreciated the checking of my lights and tire pressure. My only real complaint is I wish the price wasn't so high, but I understand that is just the way things are.

Angel, Ray and Adrian (not sure I have his name correct) did the service. Quickly, efficiently and with great patience and courtesy. I have never had an oil change experience like it! I really like that you stay in your vehicle and everything is carefully explained to you. The customer has choices! When Angel removed in front of me the cabin air filter and I saw how dirty it was, replacing it was a no brainer! I didn’t even know the car cabin had a filter!
