Stan's Automotive

I pass by Stan's Automotive on my way to work, and always noticed their congragulatory messages on the billboard outside. Many coworkers told me how good their service was. I was recently able to experience their work ethics for myself, when my daughter hit a pothole and needed two new tires along with some other work unrelated to her mishap. We had her car towed after hours on a Friday evening, and we received a phone call from Stan's early Monday morning when they reopened. I actually appreciated that they didnt work on weekends- work/life balance and all! :D The gentleman at Stan's communicated promptly and explained what needed to be done. Chad at Stan's took great care of my daughter's car. She brought it in for an alignment and routine maintenance. Chad took his time to explain and discuss all the services they recommended. When one of the parts they installed was faulty and caused further issues with the car, Stan's was honest and completely fixed the issues at no cost to us. They also provided my daughter with a loaner so she was minimally inconvenienced. Their honesty and integrity made all the difference. They have my trust.

Our family has relied on Stan's Automotive since 1997. We trusted them and our cars have stayed in good shape. However, for the past ~4-5 years it seems like every time we go in for an oil change, we walk out having spent hundreds of dollars on service they recommend. I shared this feedback in-person with Chris after an oil change last week (bill = $362). As I told him, obviously we do not want to break down on the side of the road, but it would be helpful if you differentiated between safety-needed service versus upsell, manufacturer-recommended service. Chris explained everything they would need to do to get my 2010 Prius up and running. The cost was reasonable, the work, as usual, was well done, and the customer service was very reassuring. What’s more, they were done ahead of schedule.

The staff at Stan's was a pleasure to work with! I had a quote within 2 hours of dropping my car offer which I was able to approve online and then the car was ready by midday which was awesome! I also really appreciated the loaner car because I had appointments scheduled I would have had to cancel otherwise as the car trouble was unexpected. I highly recommend Stan's...it was a great experience!
