Batteries Plus

So, let me preface this by saying that because (after my getting fed up and programming it myself) my key looks and functions fine, and none of the employees were explicitly rude, I'm giving two stars rather than one. However, there was a massive lack of communication both to me and between the employees. Went there recently to get a spare key for my car. Pay the 110 up front, they tell me they have to order it, and will call when it gets in. They follow thru. No issues yet. I show up that evening, have to wait about 5 minutes before anyone comes out to the lobby (I've worked in a repair shop so I get it, sometimes you're busy, but I would've appreciated a 'Hey, I'll be out in a minute.' That said, seemed like the guy was out back and on single coverage so that likely was not an option,

Brought a device in for a front glass repair. When handed back to us the back is completely Cracked and smashed. The camera had a hairline Crack on it when we brought it in. However the break is across the center of the device now. They are not standing by their work and say WE have to pay to get it fixed. They were argumentative and blaming us. STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE!!!

Never go to this place, stay as far away as possible. My husband went to this place to get his phone repaired because of a broken screen, but the phone was still working. When they gave him the phone back after the repair, it no longer worked; he couldn't access the apps, and on top of that, the battery now overheats. When he went back to complain, all they said was that they would give him his broken screen back. 🤦🏻‍♀️ The people who work there are inexperienced, and we lost a lot of money by going there.

Wish I could do 0 stars! I had an appointment set 1 week out, and after getting there after driving 1.5 hours (nearest one to my house), they tell me they may not be able to get to it. I'm told, I could choose to wait a couple hours on my phone screen repair, but they may still not be able to get to it. So I just wasted my entire day and a 3 hour round trip. They could have called ahead and saved me the trip! Terrible customer service. Will be reporting this to corporate.

Brought my broken key fob in and they replaced it super quick, with great customer service. Would highly recommend this place to anyone.
