Shelley helped me out over the phone everything was as easy as it could be. After my vehicle broke down across town from where I live Travis went and picked it up and towed it to the shop for me. He called me to let me know he made it to the drop off and even texted with pictures showing that he had left it in a parking space and was going inside the shop to give them my info. I would recommend Tow Monkey to anyone in the Birmingham area who needs tow services. 10/10 amazing work, customer service, and fair pricing!

Travis is a life saver! After my battery got replaced at the auto advanced. The car wouldn’t start. So I called for tow to have it delivered to near auto shop. Quick response, extremely reliable and fair. Wife's car blew a tire on 411 in Moody. From the time I called Tow Monkey, and got to her and kids from Irondale, the car was had been loaded up taken to service shop. Travis is a great guy and honest.
