I brought my truck to Liberty Automotive in the Spring because it was making a strange noise upon starting. 6 visits and thousands of dollars later I am stuck with a truck that constantly leaks oil, shows low oil pressure, and has a terrible tick in the engine…..none of which were present when I first took it in. I would strongly advise anyone needing their vehicle repaired to steer clear of this shop. They will keep your vehicle for weeks at a time, and charge you for repairs that clearly don’t fix the issue, and instead create new ones.

John really helped me out of a pinch. He is a really good mechanic.

I was on my way back home for Thanksgiving with 6 hrs left of my trip when my battery light came on. Liberty Automotive was the closest auto shop to me off the highway. Even though they were technically closed and trying to get home for the Holiday, they took pity on my poor ole traveling soul and checked my engine, battery, etc., solved the issue and sent me on my way. Well, I made it to my destination just fine due to their kind help and service of my vehicle. I am SOOO THANKFUL for them this Holiday season!! Thank you so much, y'all!

I’ve been using liberty and John for 12-14 years. John is no question the best mechanic I’ve ever met. He not only repairs your car but he essentially manages the vehicles maintenance with cost and need. Very thorough; very efficient and extremely honest. He has worked on 6-7 of my vehicles. All drove multi 100’s miles. Highly recommend

Well I went to get an alignment. The process was very easy and the staff was super nice. The only issue i had was that I drove for a few miles and my steering started to shake. I got out to check and I had retighten my lug nuts on the right side. Maybe next time will be better. I haven't said anything to the folks because no harm was done. And things like that happen. Always check your lug nuts after a few miles even when you get a tire rotation from anywhere.
