I bought 2 batteries from Fred back in August or September 2023. The batteries had a dead cell, and he would not warranty them. My husband drove over to take them back. He said he had not warranted a battery in 15 years. He talked to Dennis like a DOG! I called him a couple of days later to see why he was SO RUDE to Dennis. He then went off on me saying the same thing to me. He said I was a millionaire wanting something for nothing and to pull out my gold card. He went on and on. I suggest that you go to JR's in OPP, Al for all you battery needs. They are wonderful, caring people. They warranted the 2 batteries, and I got 2 that work great! just pull out my gold card

Fred definitely knows what he's doing. He helped me figure out what was going on with my car battery and then replaced it with ease! I definitely recommend this place for all your battery needs.

Always get great service here and a the prices and quality of the batteries we've bought are hard to beat elsewhere. Plus I like that the owner is great about giving info about upkeep of the batteries.

Absolutely awful customer service.. first time ever calling, I need a battery for my car, he says they have them and I go to ask for a price, the man then says with a ride tone "are you looking for the cheapest thing possible bc I can go ahead and cut this conversation short.." I replied it didn't have to be the cheapest but I did wanna know the prices, but since he was in a rush I'd just call Walmart..
