Jiffy Lube Oil Change

The team at Jiffy Lube was professional, friendly, and super efficient. They explained everything clearly and didn’t try to upsell me on things I didn’t need, which I really appreciated. The wait time was quick, and the location was clean and organized. It’s hard to find car service places you can actually trust, but this one definitely earned it. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend them !

Was always hesitant about going to Jiffy Lube for an oil change. But I tried them out here in Troy and was pleasantly surprised. The staff was super nice and professional. The manager Jamie is fantastic. Ended up taking both of my cars to them in the last couple months and both experiences were fast and thorough!

This was my first experience with your local Jiffy lube in Troy, Alabama and it was a great one Jaime greeting me as I pulled in your the parking lot welcoming me and asking what type of services I needed. Then Eric came and introduced hiself and got started with my process with getting me setup in the computer and showed me my opitions for the different plans for oil changes. He had Great customer also. They really took good care of me. I will be coming here from now on. I am going to tell all my family and friends to come to the new Jiffy lube in troy alabama.

My experience was really great!! The workers came right to my car when I pulled up, directed me where to go and begin gathering information. Their prices were decent, plus there was a great promotion going on to help out! Their workers were very friendly and very thorough with explanations. I went in today at the new Troy, AL location on Hwy 231 for an oil change because I received a $30 off coupon card in the mail a few months back and it was to expire at end of the year. My car has high mileage and requires full synthetic oil. That was my request. The quoted price after discount was a little higher than I'd hope for but I still remained and agreed for service. As they began checking out my vehicle, a lady was seen talking with them and she then comes to my window and explains to me that my engine requires a flush because of built up residual moisture within it and an additive that would help my engine stop eating the oil as fast.
