Mike Taylor I hope Napa knows how valuable you are to their business I have waited weeks for parts and hydraulic fittings and one thing then the next when the whole time the stuff I needed was right there in the store when I get a hold of Mike he makes it happen if Mike can't get you back going then nobody can.. if Napa don't know how valuable you are brother they'll find out real soon if you ever leave PS if you ever decide not to work at Napa please give me your info because I will still need parts

Today was a poor day for this parts store. I have had good responses previously, but today was not good. Too much talking and pressure to sell item that was not what was needed while not answering questions. Bought with immediate regret. Ended up going to Autozone and got right item for much cheaper!

I went to this establishment for a blown bulb. Jake was the one that assisted me . He was very friendly. He had a very sweet disposition. I will definitely visit again.

The last hold out of Real Parts Professionals Yes that's a title to be respected. A Mechanic or pardon me technician relies on someone knowing the parts as well as he knows the problem there causing. Take the parts professional out of the process it's how we are where we are today. Thankfully NAPA recognized this and rounded all of them up
