Battlefield Park Body Shop Inc

70 miles from home during a snow and ice storm. Hit a plowed bank of frozen snow, going out of my daughters’ driveway. Front bumper separated from front quarter panel on drivers side. Upon entering Battlefield Park Body Shop, was met by Kristi’s smiling and compassionate self. They were extremely welcoming and helpful. Had my car fixed in under 30 minutes. Price was CHEAP!! Really great people looking out for others. So very grateful for them. Felt truly blessed.

The office person was nice when I called and helped me figure out the Geico stuff! Just for some back ground car was in accident in NY and was towed to VA for service as that is home for us. This was the only place I could find that took Geico insurance. I will say it took 2+ months but there was extensive damage to car. We are happy with work done. We did call about every 2 weeks for updates as I signed that they could deal directly with insurance to get car done. It is a tough time to get parts for cars and not as many mechanics to do work. So the 5 stars is for work done but you will need to be patient.

Work was told a 3 week job. My car was there for 40 days. Car is NOT back to pre accident conditions. Yes, body work was fixed, but the fenders are not matching up to the car smoothly. Had to have mechanic adjust headlights. And paint is bubbled.

That did an amazing job fixing our car. They are friendly. They went above and beyond, we got a big stone chip in our windshield. We were going to find a place to seal it if need be. They took our car to the windshield place and had it checked. This wasn’t from the accident, we were going to pay out of pocket. If we ever need work done again we will 100% go back

We were extremely pleased with the work done to our Mazda after having a Silverado slide into us! The staff was very friendly and it was done very promptly. The car looked like brand new when we picked it up!
