What a wonderful experience. Jordan was professional and wonderful to work with. I love the online scheduling. I also got a reminder a few days before the appointment. He did an excellent job on our oil change and tire rotation. His prices are super reasonable. We will definitely be back. Check out the view from the waiting room. It’s amazing.

I brought my truck in for an exhaust install and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Jordan got me scheduled just two days after I called, on a Saturday no less, which was super convenient. From the moment I arrived, he was welcoming and professional, even offering refreshments while I waited. He kept me updated throughout the process, and the install was done quickly, cleanly, and at a reasonable price. The exhaust sounds perfectly aggressive. Loud enough to turn heads, but not obnoxious or over the top. If you’re looking for a trustworthy shop for mechanical work or aftermarket upgrades, these are your guys. I highly recommend!

I had a transmission replaced at a different shop. I have had nothing but issues with it since. I ended up calling BBKG and he told me to bring it over. He has a very strategic problem solving mindset which is the characteristic that many mechanics do not have. We were able to get my truck up and running after 15 minutes. The other shop had me bring my truck back three times and charged me for 6 hours of labor and still didn’t fix the issue. BBKG is the place to go by far. He’s my new mechanic.

Recently brought my Silverado in for a tire rotation, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service. The team was professional, transparent about pricing, and communicated clearly every step of the way. The work was done quickly and efficiently, and the truck handles great now. It’s hard to find a trustworthy mechanic, but Bauer’s busted knuckle garage definitely earned my confidence. Highly recommended!
