DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO LITTLE WOLF AUTO QUICK LUBE — EVER. This place is completely incompetent. The “techs” are clearly untrained and have damaged numerous vehicles, When confronted, they refuse responsibility and immediately fall back on the lazy excuse of “it’s an old vehicle,” as if that somehow justifies their negligence. Management is even worse. The general manager and owners are useless when it comes to accountability. Instead of fixing damage caused by their own employees, they argue with customers, deflect blame, and play pass-the-buck between managers because no one there has the spine to take responsibility. Don’t be fooled by their rating. The only reason this place has good reviews is because they remove negative ones. They’d rather silence customers than own up to the

Right I'd save some money and try somewhere other than the dealership. Fast service for sure but cost more than the dealership. And the dealership picks up and returns the vehicle from my house. Friendly and fast, but not cheap. If you're in a hurry and don't mind the extra $ this is a great option. Oh, and watch out for the up sales like cabin air filter and such. A lot of those are MUCH cheaper online and not hard to DIY.

If I was able to put 10 stars I would, they where very informative and very kind people. They are also very quick on getting you in and out. Highly recommend them.

They were more than kind. Found a filter that looked like it was never replaced! How did that go unnoticed by the other companies that changed our oil! They also asked about windshield wipers. Needed new ones, but forgot to mention it. Loved there care for details. Was done extremely quickly! Will return again!
