Parking Lot Damage to our vehicle. Not sure if it was a task I wanted to try. I stopped over to Townsend Auto Body Inc in Waupaca. I asked Mark for an estimate....He repaired the plastic parts on the spot. Very, Very easy fix. I felt a bit embarrassed how easy. ----> hand shake and a Thank you! See you next time.

Stopped in without an appointment with a damaged driver side mirror. After examining the situation, the owner fixed the problem to my satisfaction and wished me a good day. No change! This was a tremendous help to me and much appreciated.

We had a great experience with Mark from the first phone call to the very end. It all started when a deer ran into my truck and obliterated the radiator. I was hours from home and simply called every nearby auto body repair shop. When I called Townsend, Mark answered the phone and answered all my questions calmly, while assuring me he would do everything he could to help get it repaired as quickly as possible. He stayed late to meet me and even provided usage of a car for a few hours until my wife could arrive from 3 hours away. He never promised anything, but always said things like he thought the parts were readily available and if insurance quickly cooperated it could be done 10-14 days. I did everything I could each day to help move things along and Mark also appeared to do everything

Been meaning to put up a review. I would have to say I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Two each their own but this is our story. Unfortunate accident in December. They stated it would possibly be worked on by March. Now I was still making attempts here and there to touch base if they were able to work on it sooner. It was roughly 3 times. Should be ready in about a week or so. Now we're into May. It seemed I needed to reach out to them otherwise I question when the truck would have actually been done. They also left the vehicle peice and vehicle peices that weren't even on the truck...in the truck. Seemed nice but I question his sincerity or if it was fake

We have taken several autos here for repair. Mark makes them like new and is absolutely the best around. He is really professional and a nice person every time we speak with him.
