Very confused. I needed to get an estimate to get assistance with getting some repairs done on my truck because I heard a clunking sound. The place that is helping me told me to take it here, which I use them so, I was very happy to do so. My confusion is in the $1,800 estimate that they gave me for repairs. In July of this year I had my upper and lower ball joints replaced & my track bar replaced, these are both items that were listed on the estimate. Along with my axel universal joints. I called around and wanted to get a second estimate because I just had some of these parts replaced so I was very confused. I called an old timer down the street (he's had an alignment shop for about 40 years) and he advised me that the track bar and the ball joints should have been under warranty and tha

The Owner Ben is a down to earth, all around amazing person, he does everything he can and works incredibly hard. All the employees there are incredible and hard working people. 10/10 recommend. You’ll find a actual human interaction with a group of people who care.

Recently purchased a used Honda civic, brought it over to the boys at Baumgart to give it a look over… very honest and professional.. recommended only the things I needed and noted a few other things to keep an eye on down the road as far as maintenance!!!
