Baxley Tire Service, Inc Scranton

This is the only place I’ll be buying tires from now on. I’m all the way from Columbia and would drive 1:30hr every time! I was unsure which tire I wanted to get and they made my decision a lot easier for my needs. Not only did they accommodate with me coming late all the way from Irmo. When I showed up Ted helped me out. I can definitely say Ted is one of the most honest and hardworking man I’ve ever met. His amazing character shined through! I didn’t expect good service because I know it gets exhausting slinging tires all day. I was absolutely shocked when Ted had a smile on his gave and was happy to help me. I will 110% be back and send my folks from Columbia!

Great and speedy service, and best believe they won’t disappoint! I’ve bought numerous tires and services from Mr. Baxley’s team of all shapes and sizes! I’m really picky on who services my Audi or Infiniti g35 so I bring them here!

Pick up a nail along the way and needed a quick repair to hit the road again..call to Baxley he said be there at 1... got there and they was behind had 6 in front of me, and the truck/trailer guy wasn't there today..So David awesome guy was pull off his job to come and get me squared away..Been a lot of places for tire repair and hands down these guys value there customer..And whenever I have anything else even with my personal vehicles these guys got my business...please go check them out..10 stars...A+++++

Dropped off my car to have a simple alignment done and when I picked it up the glove box and center console had been ransacked and all my change was gone. I keep a very clean and organized car so I knew someone had been thru everything. Call back and the lady informs me they were just looking for a wheel lock. My car has no wheel lock, just standard lugs so bs on that. She then says she will pull cameras and will call back. Get a call back saying they had to remove everything to override the parking brake and I need to check again for my change. Been here many times but this will be my last visit. The help and quality of service has tremendously dropped over the years.
