Everyone I’ve ever met with there has been awesome. They are always upbeat and nice and very helpful. Jordan just recently helped me replace my windshield wipers. They were a little tricky to do, but he got it done. It would’ve taken me a lot longer to do it. So…. great service and fair pricing is a hard combination to be. I highly recommend them!

The employees at Baxter Auto Parts were incredibly helpful in giving me a wrench to borrow to fix a minor issue on my car. It was really nice of them, and I just want to recognize their kindness. Thank you!!

The staff at this Baxter Auto Parts is incredible. I got a flat tire on my way to work and pulled over in their parking lot. Andy helped me change my tire, put on my spare, and get me back on the road safely, all at 7:30 in the morning before his shift. And he wouldn't let me pay him as a thank you! Truly above and beyond!

I always come here for my new wiper blades. They get you in and out in a jiffy, and they’ll even install them for you if you ask. Looks like I got them on just in time today. Thanks for the quick assist, R Thackery!

I came in here said good morning. Both white guys at the counter ignored me . I have a return(my family members)for carquest brake pads with no recipe. I white man walks in one of the clerks said welcome in. I'll never purchase anything from Baxter and or Carquest and Auto Advance all the same. Poor customer service. I couldn't get our money back due to the fact they said put in any credit card. So I ask will it go back to my card. The clerk said any card will do . So that the we can process the payment. I don't feel comfortable putting a card I didn't make a purchase with. Clerk said that's what his boss requires. I said no that's not how returns work. Anybody credit card REALLY?
