Bay Ave Self Serve Car Wash

To the owners of this “car wash”: you need to put some money back into your business. When you own a business it requires maintenance, upkeep and cleaning. Most of these car wash bays have broken equipment and it is clear that the owners have no interest in fixing it. For instance, soap that is broken and they just tape over it rather than fix it. Tap to pay that is broken, etc. If I need to use this bay should I just not use soap? Is that how a car wash should work? Fix your equipment folks, have some pride in the business you operate.

Owner stopped by and gave instructions for the card swipe. He said if you pay with coins, it counts down; if you pay by card, it does not. Min $6 max $12. If you finish early, hit the stop button on the card swipe, and it'll stop charging. 10' clearance plenty for my medium roof Transit.

Basic self car wash. Cost me $9 to get my truck half clean and it's wasn't half dirty to begin with. Was not busy 10ish am on a weekday when I went. Good spray, good vacume and nice soapy wet brush, maybe too soapy, took forever to get it off. Hmmm 🤔. The "rinse" cycle really needs to be filtered because the water is sooo hard here your car will be left with water spots. You really need to towel dry your car, not try the "drive away air dry" I seem to prefer. Still the best deal going locally and especially if you have a tall rig that won't fit in a typical drive through.

Wonderful car wash. The owner is a rad dude comes and clean it up him self and loves loud music at least his own . LETS help out small business owners and try to be respectful and not leave trash all-over the ground for him to pick up! It's not everyday you see someone actually tend to there own shops. Coin machine took coins but no water! Card machine says to hit green button to stop charges but it stops charges and NO water comes out! Lost $12 here today!
