Splash Car Wash

$18 for a basic wash? Sheesh I guess this is California where everything is over priced. But hey at least it was a good wash and they have great vacuums and microfiber towels to wipe down your car after. So 5 stars because there isn’t anywhere else like it in the area.

Just left this place and paid $48 + tip for what was promised as a 30 minute full service interior vacuum & cleaning. At most they spent 12 minutes. Sat down inside for 5 and then they came in looking for me as if they’d been looking for awhile. I asked that seats, cup holders, dash, etc ALL be cleaned and promised they would be. Not even driver side was cleaned. Screen, dash, seats and car buttons still dirty. Will never be back. They were also supposed to clean the rims and tires thoroughly. Does not look like they cleaned anymore than what the auto leash tunnel did. Still dirty, dusty, etc. Do not go here.

Well it’s better than the gas station car wash but I would expect more for the $$ Appreciate the pre-washing they do before you go through and the car gets pretty clean. However it’s the additional features that I’m a bit disappointed in. I really can’t tell if any of them are getting applied. Other washes I can tell the application is being applied by the smell and the outcome. I can’t tell ether here. The tire conditioner was nonexistent. Lastly the blow drying is pretty bad, plan on wiping down your car. Update: I guess third times the charm. I went through today and it was much better. I could see and smell the soap and other chemicals as I went through the wash. I don’t know what happened the previous 2 times, perhaps they were out of chemicals but it was much better today, more of w

⭐ 1-Star Review I’ve been a loyal customer of this car wash for a long time. On average, I would rate the service around a 7 out of 10. I understand it’s more of a maintenance wash rather than a detailed cleaning, but unfortunately, attention to detail is often lacking. Still, the job usually gets done. However, the reason I’m giving one star today is because of my most recent experience. The posted closing time is 5:30 PM. I arrived at 4:55 PM, a full 35 minutes before closing, and was told they would not take my car. The car wash was not busy at all—only about two cars were being serviced—yet the employee explained that they stop accepting customers before closing so they have time to shut down the shop. Took the car in after a weekend adventure, I was worried those bugs weren’t ever going to come off. The folks at Splash not only helped hand scrub the bugs off but also offered me to drive through the wash again for a second rinse. For an automatic carwash, their attention to detail is unmatched.
