I ultimately did not end up using Bay River because they were unable to get ahold of what I was looking for .... but had they been able to get ahold of the make I was in search of I would have 100% done business with them. Shorty is the fave of this place. She is 100% the personality and the energy that keeps them coming back. Thank you shorty for giving us all the info on the jeep and I hate we couldnt make a deal. And they offer insurance 🎉 Good place to shop for used car.

This is the one stop shop! You need to go see shorty and the crew. They will make sure you are greeted from the time you open the door. This is the only place that will not give you the straight forward out the door price. No slide in cost here or there. This is the place to go if you want honesty, trustworthy, and served with integrity. Go see them. Tell them the bald guy sent you.

I had an absolutely amazing experience Shorty was incredible to work with. We just purchased a truck for my son. From the moment we got there, everyone was super nice and inviting. They were honest about everything on the truck we came to look at. There was an issue with it engaging in reverse from drive. They told us that up front. I told them I wasn't comfortable with that. Martinez immediately got his jack to check it out. It was a busted bushing. They took it to the mechanic and had it fixed immediately. Brake lights worked in the parking lot. Got down the road I was following and noticed they weren't working. Called Shorty, she told me where to take it. She called them ahead and told them we were coming. It was a simple fix and was taken care of. So overall great and honest service!!
