Gray's Towing

Our 1999 Suburban suddenly died about 45 minutes from home, leaving us stranded in a fairly desolate area at the edge of dark. Mr. Outlaw, of Gray’s Towing, was summoned via my AAA subscription. I have had several tows throughout the years. Mr. Outlaw what the most professional, most expedient and nicest person I have ever experienced. Within minutes of placing our request through AAA, Mr. outlaw was on the phone talking to us. He came immediately and was very respectful of our GMC Suburban (which has been in our family for 26+ years. He got us home quickly and safely, then texted a picture of our truck once it was delivered to our mechanicWhat a positive experience! Thank you!

.Had a tire with bubbled sidewalls from driving to store on a flat(my fault) and Matt Matt matt, the man of the hour! Just happened to be there. He informed me to give grays a call and jumped right to it with no hesitation. My guy had his tools ready before the dispatch call even came in and bought me a coffee while he changed the tire! Real top notch guy and very professional. Keep up the great work grays!

On Monday, February 2, 2026 I called our OnStar to get service to our house because our car was stuck in the driveway due to the snow storm. They let us know that our warranty with Chevrolet Roadside Assistance was still good to use, so we used that & they said that AAA would be at our house at a certain time with a confirmation number. AAA called a little bit after that and said that it would be another company called Gray’s Towing that would be at our house. They said they would call 30 minutes before they got to our house. Aaron from Gray’s Towing called accordingly. He let me know that he would be at the house within 20 to 30 minutes. He got to our house & he did the job. He was professional, nice, polite, courteous, analyzed & explained everything that he was going to do. Job well d

Chris, was great!! He loaded my motorcycle very carefully, Explains the process to me. Even though he was extremely busy that day being a holiday weekend. He was courteous and friendly. I definitely would call on him again. Hopefully we won't need him.

Matt was very helpful. He jumped my battery and determined that my alternator needs to be replaced. He followed me to the car repair shop down the road to make sure the battery didn’t die again. He also was kind and provided excellent customer service.
