This is the best towing company ever! Very patient, kind, and understanding when I called. Price was great. James arrived fast and ready to help. Took a quick look at the car before tow and I'm glad i didn't drive it over that bridge. The ride home was great. Super safe and comfortable. James was an excellent driver and host. It felt more like I was getting a ride from a good friend. Both car and I made it home safe and sound. I am truly thankful for everything. This will be the only place I call should I ever need a tow for any reason.

Bayou Wrecker is AWESOME. I wish that I remembered the lady that answered the phone and got me set up, but unfortunately I don't. She was super sweet and understandable for my situation. I wanna compliment Mr. Johnnie on how well he handled me and my situation, I was having the worst time when my car had to be towed from the moment he came on the scene he was nothing but kind and understanding. We have rented a campervan to travel the States and we got very unfortunate when we got stuck in a muddy lawn while taking a turn. we called a few places around a remote area in Louisiana called Sulphur. We heard about outrageous prices from other towing companies and very poor customer service. After few failed attempts We called Bayou Towing and spoke to Johnny. What a legend! Excellent in his communication, funny and made the situation sound light. I was devastated as it was me who was driving the vehicle and Johnny managed to lift our mood. Very reasonable price too. He arrived at our location within 25 min of the phone call and pulled us out. Literally he’s our local hero and totally recon their services. Here’s a photo of us celebrating 🎉 thank you Johnny.
