This is hands down the worst excuse for a self-service car wash I’ve ever had the misfortune of feeding money into. “Poorly maintained” would be generous—this place looks like it’s been abandoned and occasionally visited by scammers. The pressure washer is laughable. Calling it “low pressure” is an insult to actual low pressure. I’ve seen more force in a leaky drinking fountain. Honestly, I could relieve myself with more intensity and accuracy than whatever sad drizzle comes out of that nozzle. The brushes? Practically bald. I’ve seen toothbrushes with more life left in them. They’re about as effective at cleaning a car as gently apologizing to the dirt. I tried calling but the number is out of service. My complaint is that I paid with Apple Pay at machine number 4 and it didn't work. I tried a second time, thinking it was my card, but nothing. Now I see my bank statement and they charged me $10. Last year, the machine took $10 from me, and they said they would refund me, but they never did. With this, I've lost $20. I hope you can refund my money. And the change machines aren't working, it's a disaster; I had to use $20 all at once. Thank you.

I just left this car wash, and after using it for years and having great service, today was the last straw. I showed up today to get a wash, pulled into one of the bays, just to find out that it was out of service and no one blocked it off with cones. I found another bay that was open, pulled in and paid with a credit card just to find out that after 15 seconds there was no power washer wand!!!!! Are you kidding me?? I waited online for about 5 to 7 minutes and pulled into another open bay that was marked cash only, Only had enough for a five minute wash couldn’t even dry off my vehicle. Had to go somewhere else and waste more money. I will NEVER go back to this place EVER again. I don’t care if I had a great experiences in the past. This was completely unacceptable.

Don't waste your money. Very low pressure on power washer. My garden hose has more pressure. Barely removed mud from my truck.

If you have a large SUV or pick up truck, don’t even waste your time or money I barely fit my short bed Silverado in there $10 gives you 10 minutes to clean soap does nothing brush is extremely dirty and worn. I think my truck ended up dirtier leaving than it was when it came in now it has a ton of dirty, dark streaks on it from the dirty brush and soap smearing dirt around.
