Terrible business practices! I brought my 2015 Nissan Rogue to Bayport Transmission because my transmission was slipping. We wanted to help out a local business instead of going to a big dealership. I had an extended warranty that should have covered what was needed. After my car being there for 4 days I had NO correspondence. When I called to ask about the status of my car, I was met with attitude. The man we dealt with, Glenn, seemed overwhelmed with work. I really wish if this was the case they wouldn't have taken on my car to begin with. After a week and a half of having no car they finally called to tell me that I would have to pay $400 extra if I wanted a Nissan transmission or just take a rebuilt transmission for the price of the deductible.
