This place was better when Walter was there. I went in early 2025 to get a tire; I wanted to get a tire before prices went up (new tariffs). I mentioned that I wanted to buy a tire before prices went up (without mentioning tariffs, to avoid political discussions) and Howie vehemently suggested that prices of tires would go DOWN. I strongly disagreed, but kept quiet. I bought 1 tire at that time and when I went back in the late 2025 to get another of the same tire, but the price of that same exact tire went up over $40 from the spring price, but I took the high road and didn't bring the subject up. I decided that I'll buy online instead of buying it from this place. In addition, every time I go there and walk towards the front door, the 4 to 5 workers in front of the garage door stare at me

Definitely true professionals. They strive to do the right job. You can trust these guys excellent service

Just got my tire fixed and at first the person that helped me seemed nice but then started giving me an attitude when I was told to move my car and started talking to me like I had no idea what I was doing and my a demeaning comment about how I was blocking someone’s car.So then when I pulled up closer to him and he still wasn’t happy so he reluctantly decided to move my car himself which honestly should’ve been done by him in the first place.Very rude and unprofessional

they should have one star. they refused to patch my tire & recommended I buy a used or new one, which they didn’t even have in stock in my size. I went to sayville discount tire & they patched it right up for $20. I told them I was going to sayville discount tire. their response was “ok, they will just recommend you come back here”. absolute joke. this isn’t the first time it happened. do yourself a favor & go to sayville.

Walter & Howie are great! Very honest and friendly people who don’t rip anybody off. The first time I came here after I bought a preowned car, I wanted 4 brand new tires. If 4 tires come out to $700, they mean $700! No add ons or service fees. Very reasonable! I’d give more stars if I could!
