Baytown Hyundai Service & Parts

I recently took my 2024 Palisade to Baytown Hyundai for routine maintenance/service. The appointment was easy to make online. Once there, check-in was very smooth and efficient. The service was done timely & professionally. Hunter, David and Isaac were/are easy to work with. These three guys are a credit to their company and make my 120 mile round trip worth my time. I have had other interactions with the service group and they have always been positive and professional.

I had a really good experience here. I initially saw a vehicle at this dealership online. So I gave them a call, and sales representative Zachery Martinez was very polite and knowledgeable and walked me through all of my questions. So I drove over, and there were no surprises. We took a test drive and then worked with finance manager Jose Saenz. They both did a great job and made my car buying experience a real pleasure. Kudos to those two gentlemen.

Got my brakes and oil changed here. Josh was great in assisting me! Definitely will be back for future car issues.

I have had what has to be the best car buying experience ever. Dewayne, my sales associate, was professional, kind and courteous. He listened. Then he put me into a vehicle that fit my needs as well as my budget. Dion gave me the best cup of coffee. Then, Mike stepped in to insure that I was happy with the process, then, Jeff took me the rest of the way. This sales team treated me like a Queen. I got a new car. Yay!

Everyone I've dealt with has been extremely helpful and knowledgeable any time I need a part or service/maintenance for my Hyundai.
