Bayway Chevrolet Service Center

I was the first one in line i was told it would about two hours the service guys get in at eight. I was there at seven when the technician showed up early and agreed to do my oil change. I was out of there in 45 minutes, I appreciate the professionalism and great service .

My 2016 Chevy Equinox was throwing up a Stabilitrak error. Brought it in, paid $900 to replace some valves, didn't fix the problem. Then the tech says its a bad battery and they want $400 to replace. I put a new battery in myself (still have stabilitrak warning) and took it back up to Bayway. They then wanted another $900 to replace another component to see if it fixed the problem. No thanks. Took it to Ron Carter Alvin and they replaced a completely different part then Bayway was going to try the second time. Ron Carter fixed the problem. Barbra was helpful so no complaints there but the techs at Bayway do not know what they are doing.

As usual, my experience at Bayway Chevrolet was excellent. Everyone at Bayway is always so customer service friendly. Great place to take your car because they really believe in going the extra mile.

Tina was amazing!! Extremely quick and kept me up to do speed on what was going on. She is super sweet and makes sure you’re comfortable during your wait!
