Beach Auto Care

I brought my suv to Beach Auto Care for a squealing noise from left front wheel. I asked if they could look at my vehicle that day because we had a road trip the following day. They complied and brought my suv in very quickly. Spanky tried to reproduce the noise on the lift, even asked me in the shop to make sure it was what I was experiencing. Once the noise was found Spanky went to great lengths to inspect, disassemble parts to pinpoint the problem and not just assume a hub or cv joint/axle issue which was suspect. The problem turned out to be a minor issue with a hard to see clip barely touching the brake rotor periodically. Josh, Marissa, Mr David, they all are wonderful to work with. You really should make an appointment because they are so good at what they do that they stay very busy. I fully trust them for my car repair and maintenance needs. C. Scott

Total SCAM !!!. After I said I was taking my car somewhere else, they charged a $140 diagnostic fee. They said all kinds of things were needed to be done and the car wasn't safe to drive unless these expensive things were done.The bill was going to be over $2,800. I took the car to Grease Pro for a second opinion and it only needed a $250 belt. How are these people getting away with this? My advise: RUN....

Great staff that care and do you right! Marissa was so sweet, and Mike did me right fixing my wheel bearing and more on my 1968 Mustang coupe. 10/10 you need to come here if your in the area, trust me you will not regret and be happy you did! If you have a Classic vehicle definitely come here.
