We couldn’t of asked for better service ☺️ Extremely professional & accurate with settings ( gotta love today’s tech ) not to mention it didn’t take that long .. They ordered the factory windshield & was in the next day .. This is the 2nd windshield we have had repaired here .. ( I will never go back to Safelite ) .. They’ll even come to you ❤️ You honestly can’t beat the excellent customer service here either .. I know we will be back next time we need service & tell others about it 💯

If I could give Precision 10 stars, I would. Dalton and Kevin did a meticulous job of replacing my Honda windshield, which caught a rock out on Highway 98 near Santa Rosa Beach. From start to finish, these guys were professional, courteous, efficient and obsessed with the details. I was on vacation along 30A when the windshield was damaged. Only had less than a week to get the repairs done before starting a 1300 mile drive. Called the PC Honda dealer which recommended an external collision repair shop. The collision shop was switching glass suppliers and could not do the job in time, but they highly recommended Dalton at Precision Auto Glass. Dalton is a great guy to work with. I had a crack in my windshield we met up and he took charge and handled everything for me with the insurance company. Had the windshield the next day got it installed and had it back within a couple of hours. Very professional and I would recommend him over anyone any day of the week. He is now my go to glass guy and I won’t use anyone else.

My Grandpa has used this company for at least 30 years. Dave has personally replace multiple windshields for me over the year and Dalton has done a great job since he has been there. Definitely recommend this company. Quick, quality and professional work.
