I am extremely surprised by the positive reviews your company has received, as my experience has been the complete opposite. For several months, I have repeatedly attempted to stop unauthorized monthly charges with no success. I have contacted customer service multiple times and searched extensively for a corporate contact number, all without resolution. When I finally reached a corporate number listed online, I was informed that it was associated with Take 5 Oil Change. I was then told that while they were previously affiliated, the car wash was purchased by another company. Unfortunately, no guidance or contact information was provided to help resolve this ongoing and expensive issue. Take5 is a fantastic carwash! The personnel were really helpful & nice! Unlike other car washes, they actually hand scrub your car before it goes on the conveyor belt. The vacuums are really powerful and they even have a complementary detail center!! 😳Overall, I had a great experience at Take5! Highly recommend!
