Had a minor car accident and chose to take my car to Beacon. The building is very clean and organized. Friendly staff greeted me and gave the visual inspection. Then sat down to go over their estimate. With insurance covering repairs and rental, they made the process easy. Chris Wallace was very polite, kind, and friendly. Arranged for rental to be ready when dropping car off. Updates were given often , from updates on parts, how repairs go, to updating rental when needed extended. And when the car was ready, was like new, and they took the extra step to clean the car inside and out. Excellent service

The team was very friendly. They broke down the process for me and gave me a realistic expectation of timeline to get my car repaired. They worked directly with my insurance to get everything set and about once a week they called to give me an update. Everytime I needed something for my claim they were quick to get my what was needed. The results were great! The car looked brand new, paint job matched perfectly with the rest of the car and have not found any issues since getting vehicle back.
