My Mazda CX-30 was only 3 months old when I was hit by a coyote that must have been on steroids. It caused major damage to my front bumper and grabbed part of the chrome under my headlight as a memento as it continued on its nightly stroll. I was devastated. I live 2 hrs away but after the amazing experience buying it at Beaver Mazda I knew it would be in good hands at the Collision Center. Cathy went above and beyond and made the process so smooth and painless and handled everything with my insurance company. She kept in constant contact and was happy to answer any questions I had. Although the process had many delays, I really appreciate the manager travis taking time to call me with updates and doing what he could to expedite for me. They made my car look brand new after a pretty bad accident. The matching paint was the most impressive part considering the depth of mazdas soul red color.
Beaver Toyota Collision Center delivered an outstanding experience from beginning to end. From the moment I brought in my vehicle, the staff was professional, friendly, and clearly knew what they were doing. They explained the estimate in detail, walked me through the repair process, and kept me updated with calls/texts so I always knew where things stood. When I picked up my vehicle, I was honestly impressed. The repairs were flawless—body lines were straight, the paint matched perfectly, and you’d never know there had been any damage at all. They even cleaned the car inside and out before returning it to me, which was a great extra touch. The team also made the insurance side simple and stress-free by handling most of the communication and answering any questions I had along the way. E
I came into the Beaver Collision Center regarding some paint work they did on my car a few years ago — the paint was bubbling up on the back panel. I spoke with Sean multiple times, and each visit felt more frustrating than the last. The first time, he told me that since the car’s title had been transferred, any warranty would be void. The second time, he said there was no record of Beaver ever working on my car. On my third visit, he “found” the record in the archives and said he’d check if the repair was covered under warranty. Once I finally brought my car in, communication became almost impossible. Every time I called for an update, I couldn’t get through to Sean. The receptionist would say he’d call me back, but he never did. When I eventually picked up my car, there was a new whist
Would not recommend. They promised the car to be done 3 weeks after drop off; work did not even start until the date they promised and I only found out when I called that day for a status update. They asked for 5 more days; called the Monday after the extension, only for them to let me know that the part was back ordered and it’d be another 3 weeks. The vehicle was drivable yet I plowed $$ into rentals because of their terrible communications for my vehicle they had for two months and scheduling problems they have. I did complain they said they’d reach out to make it right, AND GHOSTED ME AGAIN. Go to classic collision if you need work done, not here.
