Great and thorough inspection. They really do go the extra mile It’s the shop you would want if you were able to have the best of everything Definitely 5 star service which you should expect when driving a Toyota

I took a high end sports car in for detailing at Beaver Toyota of Cumming Service Department on 2/3/26. What a pleasant experience! They did an excellent job at detailing my car top to bottom. Hanna Marks was excellent at communication before and during the visit. The service manager was able to provide a full service detail even though pricing had gone up since I received a gift card (complimentary). While I waited at the dealership, I enjoyed the large clean lounge area and full service snack shop with hot food and drinks and very nice restaurant host. (I believe hours for snack shop were 7am-2pm.) Great experience! Would recommend them!

LOVE the staff! Madison wasn’t available when I arrived but Stephanie helped me immediately and was WONDERFUL! She is pleasant, kind, informative, professional and has an amazing energy that shines! When I did speak with Madison later that afternoon, she was also wonderful. Informative, professional and pleasure to talk to. You have wonderful staff in your service department!

I didn’t like the long wait time and I wish they would offered me a car when I got there if they knew I was gonna be there more than an hour when I bought the car I was told that for buying a car at Beaver Toyota, we get a package comes with it but now I know the package does not come with it. We pay for that package so I thought you guys would offer it to us instead of us asking for it but that’s fine but next time you sell a car, please make sure you tell the people how it really is that it’s not that you will not offer us a car that we have to ask for it and also make sure you tell them that you have to have a credit card so you can be able to rent or get a car from you guys after we paid that package for nothing because I couldn’t get a car and they wouldn’t offer me a car when I did t
